Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Wyshon AI (“Wyshon”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and its services, including AI Recruiting Booster and AI Knowledge Booster (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with operations, or reverse engineering except where permitted by law.
• Do not upload or process unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not use the Service to develop or distribute malware or to violate others’ rights.

4. Customer content

You retain ownership of the documents and data you provide to the Service (“Customer Content”). You grant Wyshon a limited license to process Customer Content solely to provide the Service (e.g., ingesting, indexing, generating outputs you request).

5. Integrations (Google Drive/Docs)

If you connect Google Drive/Docs, you authorize Wyshon to access your files within the OAuth scopes you grant. If you grant write permissions, Wyshon may create AI-generated output files (for example, in an “AI-Output” folder) based on your chat requests. You may revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings.

6. AI outputs and disclaimers

AI-generated responses and documents may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

7. Fees and billing

If you use a paid plan, you agree to pay applicable fees. Usage-based billing may apply (including token usage). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk to the Service, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wyshon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless Wyshon from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your Customer Content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
